Attorney Biography

Adrian D’Arcy was admitted to practice law in Louisiana in 2004.  He is a graduate of University College Dublin, Ireland (B.A. (Honors) Economics, 1990) and Loyola Law School (J.D., cum laude, 2004) and is a partner of the firm.

Mr. D’Arcy is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Louisiana and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.

Mr. D’Arcy is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Irish American Bar Association of New York, and is the co-chairperson of the New Orleans Bar Association’s construction division.

Mr. D’Arcy’s primary practice areas include commercial litigation, construction litigation and surety litigation.

Mr. D’Arcy is a LEED Green Associate and has presented numerous lectures on green building.

Mr. D’Arcy has taught Louisiana Civil Procedure at Loyola law school as an assistant adjunct professor
