Attorney Biography

Jeff Prattini represents owners, contractors and subcontractors on a variety of matters related to the construction industry.  Mr. Prattini’s practice includes representing clients prior to litigation, in arbitration proceedings, in mediations, at trial, and on appeal.  Mr. Prattini’s primary practice areas include public bid law, construction litigation, surety litigation and products liability litigation.  Mr. Prattini also provides general legal advice to clients, which includes drafting contracts, identifying, and implementing cost efficient and practical methods to resolve disputes and address legal issues.

Mr. Prattini is a frequent speaker on the topic of Louisiana public bid law at Lorman Educational Services Construction Seminars. 

Mr. Prattini is admitted to practice before all courts in Louisiana and has argued before the First and Fifth Louisiana Courts of Appeal, participated in arbitration proceedings, mediations, bench trials, and jury trials.  Mr. Prattini has a B.A. degree from Louisiana State University A&M College and a J.D. degree from Loyola University School of Law where he was a 2005-2006 Law Review Editorial Board Member.
